CBSE CTET 2013 Admit Card Download

Information regarding CTET Exam 2013 Admit Card

The candidates may download their admit cards from CBSE website from 03.07.2013 onwards and appear for the examination at the given Centre. In case of any discrepancy in the particulars of the candidate or his photograph and signatures mentioned in the admit card and Confirmation Page the candidate may immediately contact CBSE for necessary correction.

In case the application of the candidate is not shown as received on CBSE website www.cbse.nic.in or www.ctet.nic.in by 15.06.2013, the candidate should approach the Assistant Secretary, CTET Unit, CBSE between 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. from 16.06.2013 to 27.06.2013 giving details of the Post Office, Date of Dispatch, Original Receipt of Postal Dispatch,

Photostat Copy of the Confirmation Page and Candidate Copy of Challan if fees paid through Challan, one photograph (as pasted on the Confirmation Page). CBSE will not be responsible for non-receipt of Confirmation page due to any transit/postal loss.

COMEDK UGET 2013 Online Test Admission Tickets

COMEDK UGET 2013 entrance test is being conducted for merit determination for use by COMEDK Member Institutions only. The COMEDK entrance test is mandatory for candidates seeking admissions for the Under-Graduate courses in these Institutions. The COMEDK UGET-2013 test scores are valid only for admissions during the academic year 2013-2014.

COMEDK UGET 2013 Online Test Admission Tickets and Related Information

Online Test Admission Ticket will be available under applicant login of the COMEDK website from 24/04/2013.

Candidates appearing for COMEDK UGET-2013 should download & obtain printout of the Online Test Admission Ticket (Online TAT) for taking the COMEDK UGET-2013 scheduled to be held on 12/05/2013.

Candidates should use website https://www.comedk.org/ to download Hall Tickets.

No Test Admission Ticket will be dispatched either by post or courier or in person to the candidates under any circumstances.

The Online Test Admission Ticket gives the details of test centre assigned to the candidate. The candidates are assigned a test centre which is system generated during the application processing itself, hence no requests for change in test
centre or test location would be considered.

Any request for change in the application data (including change of address) if any, during the process of COMEDK UGET-2013 must be intimated through speed post / courier / Email / Fax to COMEDK office to reach not later than
15/04/2013 along with covering letter and the Application Number on it. The covering letter regarding change request should be duly signed by the Candidate.

The onus is on the candidate to check on the acceptance with the COMEDK on the change request.

Information Check: The candidates are advised to verify the below mentioned details in the Online Test Admission Ticket.

  • TAT Number.
  • Candidate’s Name
  • Candidate’s Postal Address and contact details.

MAT Admit Card 2013 (Management Aptitude Test)

Information regarding Downloading of Management Aptitude Test May 2013 (MAT 2013 May) Admit Card 

All provisionally registered candidates both for Paper Based and Computer Based Test can down load their Admit Card from AIMA website 7 days before the Paper Based Test date i.e., with effect from 27.04.2013 (Saturday).

Specific Admit Card will be generated both for the candidates who opt for the Paper Based Test and for the Computer Based Test.

Admit Card would be having Candidate Name, Form No, Roll No, Test Date, Test Time and Test Venue Address. Candidate has to strictly follow the date and time allotted to them in the case of Computer Based Test.

Candidates applied for Computer Based Test and who have been permitted to appear for the Computer Based Test; have to down load the Admit Card 7 days before the Paper Based Test date i.e., with effect from 27.04.2013 (Saturday) from AIMA website.

Candidates accessing the website the earliest can choose the Date and Time of his/her choice subject to availability.

Those who have not opted the date and time slot for 4-5 days; will be automatically allotted date and time slot by the system.

No request for change of date and time slot can be entertained.

No separate Admit Card will be issued or dispatched.

NIMCET 2013 Admit Card (NIT MCA Common Entrance Test)

NIMCET 2013 Admit Card (NIT MCA Common Entrance Test Admit Card).

For all  eligible  applicants, Admit Cards will  be  made  available  on the website, http://nimcet2013.nitw.ac.in/ after scrutiny of their applications.

Applicants will be required to download their Admit Card after login to this website between 7thMay, 2013 and 26th May, 2013.

NIMCET-2013 test will be conducted on 26th May, 2013 (Sunday) at various test centers.

Admit cards will not be sent to the candidates individually by post.

Eligible candidates have to download their own Admit Cards. In case the Admit Card is not available for downloading, the candidates should send an e-mail to nimcet2013@nitw.ac.in between 7th May, 2013 and 15th May, 2013 giving details of the candidate’s application number and proof for remittance of fee.

Such e-mails will be answered within 48 hours. Telephone enquiries will not be entertained.

Candidate must preserve the Admit Card till the entire process of admission is complete. Request for issue of duplicate Admit Card will not be entertained after the examination in any case. Admit card number should be quoted in all subsequent correspondences.

Odisha JEE 2013 Admit Card (OJEE 2013)

Admit card information for Odisha Joint Entrance Examination-2013, formally known as OJEE 2013.

The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination-2013 will be held on Sunday, 12th May, 2013 as per notification available on website Onlineforms.co.in

All the Admit cards will be uploaded at OJEE website www.odishajee2013.com / www.odishajee.com. from 20th – 25th April, 2013.

Admit Card Print: The candidate has to down load two copies of the admit card from the OJEE website which must be endorsed by the Invigilator of the examination centre for allowing the candidate to appear the exam.

Duplicate Admit Card: If an applicant fails to take print out of Admit Card from the OJEE-2013 website for the examination by April 25, 2013, then he/she must contact OJEE-2013 office immediately before 30th April, 2013.

If the candidate desires to change any information printed on the Admit card, he/she has to contact OJEE-2013 office
immediately after taking the print out of the Admit Card before 30th April, 2013.

A photograph identical to the one fixed in the confirmation page must be kept with the candidate during Examination.
Both the download copies of the admit cards should be signed by the invigilator during examination and one copy must be submitted at the examination hall and other should be retained by the candidate. However the submitted admit card may be examined at a later stage to validate the authenticity.

Attestation: The candidate has to keep the Admit card duly signed by invigilator till he/she takes final admission in the University /College/Institution.

For any future correspondence, the six digit application number generated after online form fill-up should be mentioned.

JEE Main 2013 Call Letter

Joint Entrance Examination – JEE Main 2013 Admit Card

The Admit Card can be downloaded from JEE Main site from 5th March 2013 onwards.

Date of Examination:

  • JEE (Main)- Paper-1 (Pen & Paper Based Examination): 07.04.2013
  • JEE (Main)- Paper-1 (Computer Based Examination): Between 8th April to 25th April, 2013
  • JEE (Main)- Paper-2 (Pen & Paper Based Examination only): 07.04.2013
  • JEE (Advanced)- (Pen & Paper Based Examination only): 02.06.2013

Prior to downloading the Admit Card, those candidates who did not provide the roll number of their class 12th / others qualifying examinations will be required to provide so.

All the registered candidates for the said examination, whose application status is shown “Received“, on the website are advised to download their admit card. They are further advised to verify their particulars, photo, signature etc. on the admit card. In case of any discrepancy, a mail may be sent to E-mail ID jeemain@nic.in.

Tamilnadu Common Entrance Test 2013 Hall Tickets

TANCET 2013 Hall Ticket details: The Registration Number assigned in the Hall Ticket should be entered at the appropriate place in the admission application form to be filed with the respective admitting authority later.

Hall ticket for the entrance test will be despatched (for Internet registration only) to all the eligible candidates who have applied. If any eligible candidate does not receive the hall ticket, he/she can get a duplicate hall ticket from the enquiry office at the following centres:

Duplicate hall Tickets: For obtaining a duplicate hall ticket before the entrance test, the candidate has to produce an attested copy of a recent passport size photograph and any evidence for having applied for the entrance test like application number / acknowledgement card, etc. The candidate, if eligible for TANCET 2013 after verification will be issued a duplicate hall ticket.

Hall Ticket should be produced at the time of entrance test and also at the time of admission. If the hall ticket is lost after the test, a duplicate hall ticket can be obtained on payment of Rs. 100/- in the form of a Demand Draft, with a written request to the Director, Entrance Examinations, Anna University, Chennai – 600 025, indicating the Registration No. / Application No. and the name of the Examination Centre.

TANCET 2013 mark sheets: Mark sheets will be despatched to the candidates within 10 days from the date of publication of results of the entrance test to the address given in the application.

The mark sheet should be produced at the time of admission. If the mark sheet is lost, a duplicate mark sheet can be obtained on payment of Rs. 100/- in the form of a Demand Draft, with a written request to the Director, Entrance Examinations, Anna University, Chennai – 600 025.

Payment for duplicate Hall Ticket/Mark Sheet should be made in the form of a Demand Draft obtained from any Nationalised Bank drawn in favour of The Director, Entrance Examinations, Anna University, Chennai – 25, payable at Chennai.

Admit Card WBJEE 2013

West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam 2013 Admit Card

After the last date of receipt of Confirmation Report and upon completion of verification of the same by the Board, an Admit Card will be generated indicating the allotted Examination Centre for WBJEE 2013 and a downloadable version of the admit card will be published on the respective domain of the candidate concerned in NIC website of the board.

An Examination Roll Number will be generated for each candidate.

Furthermore, a physical copy of Admit Card will be sent to the applicant by Speed Post. However, the Board will not be held responsible for loss of Admit Card in transit.

In case the applicant does not receive the physical copy of the Admit Card sent by post, well before examination; he/she may download the soft copy of the same from the website and can appear in the examination at the concerned Examination Centre indicated in the downloaded Admit Card on production of the same along with the following documents-

  • a) Identical two copies of the original photographs (as pasted in the Confirmation page) duly attested by the Head of the recognized Institute last attended.
  • b) Photocopy of the filled-in Confirmation page of WBJEE-2013.
  • c) Postal slip for despatch of filled-in Confirmation page (by Speed Post).
  • d) e-Challan/Receipt for application fees (Candidate copy)
  • e) Original Admit Cards of Madhyamik (10th standard) or equivalent examination / H.S.(10+2 standard) or equivalent examination.

Candidates must ensure that the photographs on the admit card are not mutilated / distorted / soiled even by accident and the hologram pasted on the photograph is not torn or taken out. Candidates with such mutilated / distorted / soiled admit cards will not be allowed to appear in WBJEE-2013.

Candidates must retain their admit cards carefully in secure place in undamaged condition in all respects as stated above till the completion of admission procedure.

No duplicate Admit Card will be issued by the Board under any circumstances.

All applicants who appear to be prima facie eligible shall be provisionally permitted to sit for WBJEE-2013. If, after scrutiny at any stage, it is found that an applicant is otherwise ineligible, his/her candidature shall be cancelled even if he/she has appeared in WBJEE-2013 and secured a position in the merit list.

The candidature shall also be cancelled if he/she fails to produce any of the required documents in original for fulfilment of eligibility and other criteria as specified earlier during counselling and physical admission and subsequent registration in respective affiliating universities.

Allocation of Examination Centre: The allotment of examination centre will be based on the choice given by the candidate during online form fill-up. However, discretion of the Board in allocation of examination centre shall be final. No request for change of allotted centre will be entertained under any circumstances.

New Update

 West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has decided to provide a facility to all the registered candidates for WBJEE-2013 for correction in particulars submitted by them during online application process. The online modules for correction will become functional at www.wbjeeb.nic.in from 15.03.2013 and will continue up to 20.03.2013.

All registered applicants who desire to make corrections in their particulars in the applicant database are hereby advised to visit the aforesaid website and do the needful within the stipulated period as mentioned above. 

Call Letter for IBPS Specialist Officers Recruitment

The date and time of Examination (tentatively on 16.03.2013/ 17.03.2013) shall be intimated in the Call Letter along with the Centre/Venue address.

An eligible candidate should download his/her call letter from the IBPS’s website www.ibps.in by entering his / her details i.e. Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth, after 06.03.2013.

The Information Handout will also be available on IBPS website and a candidate may download the same. No hard copy of the call letter/ Information Handout will be sent by post/ courier.

A candidate has to bring his/her Examination call letter along with his/her photo identity proof in original as well as a photocopy while attending the examination and will have to submit the Examination call letter and photocopy of photo-identity proof in the examination hall.

Identity Verification: In the examination hall, the call letter along with a photocopy of the candidate’s photo identity such as PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving Licence/ Voter’s Card/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ Photo identity proof issued by a Gazzetted Officer/ People’s Representative along with a photograph / Identity Card issued by a recognised college/ university/ Aadhar card with a photograph/ Employee ID should be submitted to the invigilator for verification.

The candidate’s identity will be verified with respect to his/her details on the call letter and in the Attendance List. If identity of the candidate is in doubt the candidate may not be allowed to appear for the Examination.

Note: Candidates have to submit photocopy of the photo identity proof along with Examination Call Letter while attending the examination, without which they will not be allowed to take up the examination.

Please note that candidates will not be permitted to appear for the Common Written Examination without the following documents:

  1. Call Letter for Examination
  2. Photo-identity proof (as specified) in original and
  3. Photocopy of photo-identity proof. (as mentioned in (2) above)

Candidates reporting late i.e. after the reporting time specified on the call letter for Examination will not be permitted to take the examination.

NEST 2013 Call Letter

The admit card for NEST-2013 will be available for downloading and dispatch from April 08, 2013.

The recommended method for obtaining admit card is downloading from NEST website, particularly for those who have applied online.

Admit cards will be sent by post to the mailing address of the candidates who have applied offline. It is, therefore, important that the postal address with pincode in offline paper application form be clearly and correctly written. Please note that NEST office will not be responsible if admit card fails to reach the candidate in time because of postal delay or incorrect mailing address.

In case the admit card is not received by May 01, 2013, the NEST office at the address given below must be notified. It may be posible to re-send the admit card but only electronically if email address of the candidate is provided. Safe-keeping of the admit card is strongly advised because the successful candidates have to produce the admit card in original during the counselling and admission.
